Meals are prepared without the use of refined foods, sugar, white flour, salt, milk, etc. You will be shown how to use quick and easy recipes that incorporate foods such as flax oil, tofu, tempeh, soy milk and other items that have been scientifically shown to reduce the likelihood of falling victim to various forms of disease that are prevalent in today's society.
