Your exclusive Day Getaway will begin at 10:00am with a Natural Health Seminar presentation addressing the health topic of the month by Dr. Michelle Gamble, DN.  This session is followed by an interactive Cooking Demonstration  and luncheon (meal will include salad, main entree and desert).   Next you will have an opportunity to take a VIP Tour of Sankofa Healing Spa and Retreat Facilities; indulge yourself in a refreshing pampering session, which includes a foot spa and hands herbal therapies; relax withing the soothing confines of our meditation room; and further enrich your self by viewing a video selection from our extensive natural health library.  Last, but not least, wrap up the days events with one of our signature culinary delights as we gather together one last time in the elegant dining hall.
