Payment Policies and Procedures
Because we are a very small operation with only 4 rooms and a maximum capacity of 8 clients we are required to enforce the following payment and refund policies.

- We require a 50% down payment in order to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled package date. There is a NO REFUND POLICY in regards to booking cancellations less than 30 days in advance.
- If you would like to cancel a booking with an interval of more than 30 days we charge a 25% cancellation fee.
- All outstanding payment need to be settled on arrival and before starting the course.
- There is also a NO REFUND POLICY on payments made in full in the case of you wanting to shorten you stay.
If you are unsure about your length of stay it is recommend to book only 1 week instead of 2 or 3 weeks and extend your stay after your first week, this of course is subject to availability.
A fee of $40 will be charged for rooms left unreasonably messy, or for smoking in a non-smoking room. Guests will be charged for any damage done to the room and/or its contents.
