Delivery/ Reservation Confirmation 

  • We ship testing kits and retreat reservation packages via United Stated Postal Service
  •  Orders will be processed within 48hrs on business days.  We will call to arrange reservation time and date that best meets your needs. 
  •  We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Check or Money Order

 

Payment Policies and Procedures

Because we are a very small operation with only 4 rooms and a maximum capacity of 8 clients we are required to enforce the following payment and refund policies. 

    • We require a 50% down payment in order to confirm your booking.  The balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled package date.   There is a NO REFUND POLICY in regards to booking cancellations less than 30 days  in advance.
       
    • If you would like to cancel a booking with an interval of more than 30 days we charge a 25% cancellation fee. 
       
    • All outstanding payment need to be settled on arrival and before starting the course.
       
    • There is also a NO REFUND POLICY on payments made in full in the case of you wanting to shorten you stay.
       

 If you are unsure about your length of stay it is recommend to book only 1 week instead of 2 or 3 weeks and extend your stay after your first week, this of course is subject to availability.

  • Membership Plans, Series and Packages are non refundable and non transferrable.
  • Retreat Savings Plans are non refundable, but may be transferred by paying a $25 administrative fee.
  • Credit for Packages not redeemed will be applied to accounts in good standing.  Credit must be used within 90 of original appointment.

  A fee of $40 will be charged for rooms left unreasonably messy, or for smoking in a non-smoking room. Guests will be charged for any damage done to the room and/or its contents.

 

 Sankofa Healing and Enrichment Incorporated is pleased to invite you to visit  The Learning Center.  Sankofa's Learning Center is a community based wellness center that was created with the purpose of serving the community as a whole by being an objective place for learning about health from a holistic perspective.  The Learning Center is supported mainly through the generosity of individual community members and does not currently receive any grant funding.  If you are interested in making a donation to further the endeavors of Sankofa's Learning Center, you may do so below or contact us.  To learn more about the Learning Center simply click on the Golden Sankofa Bird.
