 1. Detoxification
We need not be Einstein to observe that we live in a toxic environment and have ingested and accumulated a significant degree of toxins in our persons. Cleansing the body from these accumulated xenobiotics and the excess biological compounds and metabolites (i.e. hormones, etc.) is known as “detoxification”. These toxins not only poison us but, they also leach essential vitamins, minerals, and energy that we need to function properly. Also, the build up of waste matter from excessive ingestion of meats, fats, dairy, refined flours and sugars has more than likely accumulated in the intestinal tract to the point of impeding the body’s ability to absorb what few vitamins and minerals may remain in the nutritionally deficient “foods” we consume.
Detoxification has shown to be extremely beneficial as a preventative measure for different health problems, or as a means to enhance therapeutic procedures for a variety of medical conditions. The removal of these toxins from the system enhances the organs’ ability to better absorb nutrients, improves biological functions, which, in turn, accelerates the healing processes. A healthy detoxification is of utmost importance in a variety of medical conditions and therapeutic procedures. Summarily, if we do not cleanse, we decrease the possible benefits of all other attempts at health, such as eating the right foods, exercising, taking vitamins and other nutritional supplements, etc.
Everyday, millions of molecules from different compounds enter our bodies through voluntary or involuntary ingestion. These chemicals come from foods, beverages, medicines, food additives, personal care, and numerous other sources. Whenever a system, whether it is a living (humans, animals) or a mechanical (different machines) system becomes polluted, normal functioning becomes affected. Excessive pollution in a system may result in malfunctioning or serious degeneration of the system. You might have experienced this occurrence with the mechanics of your car. Every so often you need to change the oil, air filter, etc. in order to keep the system clean so the car will run more efficiently and last longer. That is why when your car’s engine needs repair, the mechanic first cleans the engine before any attempt to fix it. It is always easier to repair a clean system than a polluted one. If you are not successful in fixing a polluted system, you are never sure if it is the system that has not been fixed, or if it is the pollution that is causing the problem.
Every working system, as the result of normal functioning, produces pollution. Some of the pollutants that are produced within the living systems are eliminated through processes naturally built in the system. But, no living system has the ability to rid itself totally from all of the naturally produced or foreign pollutants. As a result, the system can slowly produce and accumulate pollutants to a point of self-destruction. The human body is no different than any other system. It has excellent built-in mechanisms to cleanse itself from all kinds of pollutants, but the system is not perfect. The advancements in the fields of chemistry, biochemistry, biology, etc… have definitely made substantial contributions to the health and well being of mankind. However, with the advancement of science and industrialization, numerous foreign and toxic chemicals have been produced and released in the living environments. These foreign chemicals to the human system are known as “xenobiotics”. Xenobiotics also include over the counter and prescription drugs.
Numerous research scientists have demonstrated that xenobiotics are among the major causes of a great number of acute and chronic health problems that have become widespread in the Western Societies in recent decades. These compounds, if not cleared from the system, can interfere with normal biological processes and become hazardous to one's health. The accumulation of these toxic substances in the body may produce a variety of distressful symptoms or medical conditions. The poor nutritional habits in the Western world due to the limited number of healthy food ingredients being used in the daily diet, and a variety of other factors related to industrialization has increased the number of allergy problems by ten fold within the last few decades. Most of the symptoms produced as the result of the accumulation of toxins are very similar to allergies. Mild toxicities and food allergies will produce very discomforting symptoms such as poor digestion, gas, bloating, heartburn, headaches, fatigue, chronic mild infections, hormone imbalances, Hence, the need for CLEANSING and DETOXIFICATION.
We suggest you begin your Detoxification program with a thorough intestinal cleanse, followed by a liver cleanse. An intestinal cleansing program can include INTESTINAL FORMULAS 1 & 2 in conjunction with at least two Colonics by a certified Colonic therapist or the use of the ULTIMATE CONCEPTS HOME CLEANSING SYSTEM. The cleansing of the bowel may also necessitate the use of products such as BLACK WALNUT TINCTURE, H-PLR, MIN-COL, and/or X-VIROMIN due to the presence of parasites, bacterial or viral infection.
After a thorough cleanse of the colon, CLEARVITE can then used to assist in the detoxification of the liver. The accumulated toxins in the body are mostly imbedded in different tissues, especially in fat and connective tissues. To remove these toxins from the system, they first need to be mobilized (released from their adhesion points), then they can enter into the detoxification pathways. After detoxification reaction, the resulting compounds enter into the excretion routes and are released from the body. Mobilization and detoxification of the toxins are slow processes and require sufficient time to become fully effective. Based on the evaluation of your health and physical condition, your health care practitioner may recommend other products to be used prior to, in conjunction with, or after the use of ClearVite™. These products are designed for specific conditions to better prepare you at cellular level for the detoxification process by ClearVite™, or to gently complete the process, leaving behind cells that are well nourished with plenty of nutritional cofactors stored in the cell for the continuation of the process. It is most important that you follow the dietary and other recommendations made by your health practitioner to get the best results. First time users of ClearVite™ are encouraged to complete the three week (21 days) plan. The two week (14 days) plan is designed to be used as a follow-up plan. An effective detoxification program results in feeling much more energetic, the disappearance of many minor aches and pains, a decrease in the level of major physical discomforts, and most importantly, a change toward better and more positive mood.
We encourage you to pursue a holistic Rejuvenation Program and Maintenance Program once you have completed your Detoxification Program. Contact us for details on creating an individualized, comprehensive Wellness program that is customized to meet your needs.
 2. Rejuvenation
Interplexus Inc. defines rejuvenation or Restorative Medicine as the following:
Restorative medicine can often help people recover from a variety of “incurable” diseases. This is accomplished simply by assisting or recalibrating the body’s built-in mechanisms, rather than circumventing them. For example, imagine that while driving down the road you accidentally bumped your gearshift into a lower gear. Immediately, your car would slow down and the engine would sound louder and make a high-pitched sound. To correct the problem, would you put in earplugs to avoid the annoying sound and press harder on the gas to make up for the reduced speed? Or would you help your car back into the right gear? Stepping on the gas would only make the sound louder. Not only would you need stronger earplugs, but you would also be putting a lot of strain on your engine. These would be like side effects of a strategy that is only creating more problems for your car. On the other hand, helping the car back into gear would last longer, you’d get better gas mileage, and many other unforeseen benefits(i.e., more time to enjoy life and less time in the car repair shop). These are side benefits of a strategy that is actually restoring the function of your car back to normal.
The body is so good at repairing itself that people usually only recognize a health problem as a medical condition if the body isn’t able to recover from it on its own. For example, the common cold is something that the immune system can handle on its own. We consider it a normal part of life and not a real medical concern. On the other extreme, there are illnesses that cause permanent damage to the body such as when strokes cause paralysis, or type I diabetes destroys the pancreas. These are conditions from which the body rarely ever recovers. There are still other conditions that are too severe for the body to overcome on its own, yet not so severe they have caused permanent damage. In this middle ground we find reversible illnesses. Restorative medicine is the art and science that can help the body overcome such illnesses.
Metabolism – Converting Energy into Function
Health is a state of harmony in the body in which all systems are functioning optimally. As we know, the body requires energy and resources in the form of food in order to
maintain and repair itself. Just as a factory has different machinery to do different kinds of work, the body has different organs to perform its various functions. The organs work to convert energy into function, a process also referred to as metabolism. The thyroid system regulates the metabolic rate, which is fundamentally important because it regulates the amount of energy that is available for all body functions. The metabolism can be compared to the trunk of a tree, with the organs of the body as its branches. If there is a problem with the trunk of a tree, all the branches can suffer. Likewise, if there is a problem with the metabolism, all the organs can suffer. A problem with one organ can put a strain on others, which in turn can lead to the
metabolism slowing down. This can start a downward spiral of poor health. One Improvement Can lead to Another.
The good news is that correcting a problem with one part of the body can relieve some of the strain on other parts. This can often lead to upward spiral of restored health. Improving the metabolism can help organ function, and improving organ function can help the metabolism. When all of the organs and the metabolism are functioning well the body is in a state of good health.
Nature of Restorative Medicine
Restoring health is fundamentally different than treating symptoms as so many doctors have been trained to do. For example, let’s say you have a splinter that is causing you a lot of pain. You could take a pain pill and cover the splinter with a
bandage. However, when the pill wears off you would probably still have the splinter and over time it might get infected. On the other hand, you could get a pair of tweezers and pull the splinter right out. You could wash it with an antiseptic, keep a bandage on it and you’d be done. However, if the splinter is buried more deeply you might need to get a needle and try to poke through
the skin to get the splinter out. Every time you hit the splinter with the needle you might feel the exact same splinter pain you’ve been having and maybe it will even be worse for a flash. That’s because you are touching the exact problem, the splinter. But once it’s out, it’s out.
When doctors don’t touch the problem and just treat the symptoms they have very little chance of making the symptoms worse but essentially no chance of correcting the problem. In restorative medicine, when a treatment touches the exact problems the patient is having; it can temporarily worsen the exact symptoms the patient is complaining about. Nevertheless, the symptoms can them improve and disappear completely and permanently. Usually , the symptoms don’t get worse before they get better. In more severe cases, the symptoms can sometimes worsen before improvement is noticed.
The Body Tends to keep doing whatever it is doing the trick is to get it healthy so it will tend to stay healthy. The human body is very complex and has a lot of inertia. Inertia is the momentum that keeps the body doing what it is already doing. For example, a moving object tends to keep rolling unless some outside force stops it. It often takes outside force like poor diet, lack of exercise, lack of sleep, excess stress and other factors to make a healthy body sick. Likewise it often takes time, effort, energy, and resources to make a sick body healthy. This effort and energy may take the form of watching what we eat, removing stress form our life, and taking the time to exercise. It may also take the form of buying the medicines and substances we need to get better, and then taking
them as we are instructed to do.
Some people will spend $1,300 or more to replace a kitchen floor, while accepting poor health. Yet how much more valuable and thrilling is restored health and restored life in comparison to a new floor? Restored health can quickly and easily pay for itself in terms of increased job performance, and increased quality of life. With restored health a person can often get more enjoyment out of an ordinary day than a sick person can get out of a two-week vacation. Amazingly enough, many people can get well on their way to recovery for far less than it costs to replace a kitchen floor.
The bad news is that when the body isn’t healthy, it may take some focused outside influence to get it healthy again. For example, a good rule of thumb is that it may take 2 months of treatment for every year that you’ve been sick. Some people are back to normal within 2 or 3 months, but if you’ve been sick for a few years you might anticipate about 6 months of treatment. Nevertheless, the vast majority of patients feel much better within a year, even if they’ve been sick for 20 years! The good news is that once the body actually does recover, it tends to stay well.

We have chosen to share with you products that have been specially formulated to rebalance and rejuvenate the healing abilities of the body's terrain. By infusing the correct nutritive elements into the biological terrain, new growth can occur. All of the systems of the body: digestive system, circulatory system, immune system, endocrine system, nervous system, etc., have the divinely sanctioned ability to rejuvenate and restore holistic health.
 3. Maintenance
The third and final component of a comprehensive wellness program is the maintenance of all of the body's systems. Maintenance products may be taken during and/or after the completion of the prerequisite steps. Unfortunately, the majority of people in our society do not recognize the importance of steps 1 and 2 (Detoxification and Rejuvenation). For assistance with designing a personalized Detoxification, Rejuvenation and Wellness Program contact us.
Please note that in order to truly benefit from any maintenance product, steps 1 and 2 must not be ignored. To embark upon the the implementation of a maintenance program is similar to putting touch up paint on and old rotted fence with peeling and chipped paint. The first thing that must be done is the clearing away of rotted panels and the scraping off of the old paint. Next, one must rejuvenate the fence with a fresh coat of primer and paint. Last, but not least, one can periodically touch up small areas that fade or otherwise become blemished due to the passage of time.
