Sisters, the time has come for us to rejuvenate our bodies, renew our minds and rekindle the light of our souls. For too long we have sacrificed our needs to attend to those of others. Join together with us as we create a powerful bond that can generate healing through the many layers of our being.
The three days of this retreat will be filled with several opportunities to engage in a variety of healing and enrichment workshops. The enrichment workshops will focus on the holistic healing through the activation of our feminine powers. We will work together on cleansing and rejuvenating our physical, spiritual and emotional centers through meditation, movement, therapeutic foods, and discussion. Participants will also learn ways to maintain the health, and prevent future health imbalances.
The journey begins on Friday Evening with an interactive workshop entitled "Aromatherapy Secrets for Natural Health and Beauty". We will conclude the evening with a relaxing conversation of vulnerary expressions while partaking in Evening Tea.
Saturday morning begins with an energizing yoga warm-up in Healing Currents, followed by a brisk nature walk along Melodious Path. After breakfast, there will be a Natural Health Seminar presentation addressing "Women's Hormonal Health: Stricking a Balance" by Dr. Michelle Gamble, DN. This session is followed by an interactive Cooking Demonstration and luncheon (meal will include salad, main entree and desert).
On Saturday Afternoon/Evening - each participant will have an opportunity to share a talent or workshop that will add to the heaing and nurturing atmosphere of the retreat.
Last, but not least, wrap up the weekend's events with our signature culinary delights as we gather together one last time for Sunday Brunch. During the retreat, women will have the opportunity to participate in our "Emerging from the Womb" water rebirthing ceremony to celebrate the shedding and burial of our past and the emergence of our new selves.
